Pete is semi-retired from the Information Technology world and adds electric-assist to bicycles as a hobby. He has broad experience as a consumer/user of solar/renewable energy and tries to live "a sustainable life" in a mostly passive solar home in southern NSW.  He has a small, modest range EV, a couple of e-bikes and an electric Stand Up Paddleboard. Pete has served on the Boards of the International Solar Energy Society, ANZES, AuSES and AEVA.  He attends Canberra AEVA meetings and has attended the last four annual AEVA meetings.  He is interested in the electrification of everything, and is an avid consumer of EV and associated blogs and news.
