Russ Shepherd is the founder and owner of EVolution Australia and the co-founder and director of EVUp network and conversions business, the Electric Car Cafe. His expertise includes solar-connected residential and commercial EV charging solutions, preparing commercial developments for EV charging, grid connectivity and power supply requirements for successful EV charging, ICE to EV conversions and he has a deep technical knowledge of hardware design, software development, electric vehicle charge rates, battery management and e-mobility consulting.

A computer engineer & project manager by trade, Russ is passionate about research, innovation & manufacturing in the domestic EV sector, as well as providing local internships & jobs.
